• HH acted for a the land owner, who’s family had held the site for generations.
• We were instructed to select and approach a small group of competent developers with a strong local track record and seek offers on a conditional basis.

What Next?

• Planning is currently pending with Lewisham Council for an architecturally designed scheme of family houses.
• If consent is granted the new homes will be built by a prominent local market and made available to local buyers.
