Inspired by his Mothers career in real estate running and owning a successful agency in South London, Danny followed suit and joined the family business where his passion for the industry began. His experience however goes beyond local residential estate agency, having spent half of his career overseas in Dubai, establishing relationships and selling new build property to investors. Since his return to the UK, Danny has continued to successfully sell a high volume of new builds and is renowned amongst his clients for his salesmanship and tenacity in business in a career spanning over a decade.
Since establishing HH, Danny’s gained further experience in the land acquisition aspect of the development process. From sourcing development opportunities and managing development transactions to advising developers on layout and specification and conducting research to ensure that the maximum potential profit is generated from every opportunity.

Matteo studied Sociology at Loughborough University, achieving first-class honours, all while simultaneously playing for the first XV rugby team.
Rugby has been a passion for him since his younger years, having previously played for Saracens during his school days and later representing Italy at the U18s and U20s level.
In England, he has played rugby at various levels, starting from National League 2 up to the Championship. Additionally, he recently returned from a season in Australia, where he spent time in both Sydney and Perth.
Real estate has always piqued his interest, he found his way learning a lot about the industry by gaining work experience through a developer friend he met through rugby. In Matteo’s free time, he enjoys the company of his two dogs.

Upon completing his A-Levels, Brian has joined our Apprenticeship scheme and is transitioning into his career within property as a site sourcing assistant.
Whilst working at HH Brian will be studying a Bachelor of Science in Chartered Surveyor,
Having grown up in Crystal Palace he concluded his studies at Ravensbourne School in Bromley.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys playing football where he has recently finished his scholarship with Bromley FC.
